For REALTORS in the St. Louis, Missouri area, the Metropolitan St. Louis Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS has added a new dynamic resource - a toolbar powered by Conduit.com. The new toolbar called WCR-Assist is available for download at WCR Assist Toolbar. The download actually includes two separate tool bars that you can toggle back and forth between the WCR Assist Toolbar and WCR Affiliate Toolbar.
Screen 1 – Primary Toolbar – WCR Resources/Agent Resources/WCR Tech Toolbox/Radio/TV
Screen 2 – Secondary Toolbar – Affiliates by Category – Click on “+” to switch from Primary Toolbar to Secondary Toolbar
Screen 3 - Menu Tab with Links to WCR Resources (including Websites, Google Docs/Calendars, JotForm, Box.net and Other Resources)
Screen 4 – Menu Tab with Links to Agent Sites (including Brokerage Sites, MLS, Association Sites and More)

Screen 6 –Menu Tab with Links to WCR Live, Streaming Audio and Podcasts

THE TOOLBAR OFFERS THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS:
- Branded Toolbar - Increase the visibility of your corporate brand by including a logo on the toolbar and on the search box returning the search results.
- Single Access Point - By creating a toolbar, your agents/members/clients no longer have to search for website URLS. Your toolbar becomes a powerful resource tool

It's called Realtor Property Resource and I think it's coming out in April. It was announced at NAR in November. I don't know all the features it will have, but it is supposed to be a national property database, including neighborhood demographics, school info, etc.
