2008 LAFAYETTE SQUARE HOLIDAY PARLOR TOUR
The 2008 Lafayette Square Holiday Parlor Tour is set for December 14, 2008, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The self-guided tour starts at 2023 Lafayette and showcases 10 Victorian homes and 2 newly constructed Victorian replicas, including a home built by Gilded Age, a PREA Signature Realty client.
After visiting the Park House, take a brief respite at our display for Mississippi Place (pictured left) located at 1618 Mississippi Avenue and then continue with the tour.
In addition to the tour, Lafayette Park Methodist Church will celebrate its 120th anniversary with organ recitals throughout the day. After visiting Lafayette Park Methodist Church, take a quick break from the tour by visiting our newest display at the Union Club (pictured right) located at 2340 Lafayette Avenue. The Union Club is now available for sale and for rent with segregated floors.
After completing the tour, enjoy the shops and restaurants of Lafayette Square or take a horse drawn carriage ride around Lafayette Park. However, if you have time to see one last Saint Louis landmark, take a quick visit to our display at the Georgian (pictured left) located at 1515 Lafayette to see the transformation of the former City Hospital site into 104 residential condomiums.
